LaGrange Area Department of Special Education (LADSE)  LADSE is a cooperative of 17 public school districts that provides a range of special services.  Founded in 1957, this program was well ahead of its time and has served as a model for similar organizations throughout the State.  The "founding father" of LADSE, Charles Lewis Martin, was a principal of Congress Park School and Assistant Superintendent for District 102.

District 102 Parent Teacher Organizations

Our Parent Teacher Council (PTC) and Parent Teacher Organization’s (PTO) serve a number of important roles.  They provide an important channel of communications between parents and schools and a place for parents and teachers to cooperate.  These organizations support our schools by funding educational programs, equipment and teacher appreciation gifts.  PTO and PTC groups also organize activities and social events.
